Simon Cowell X Factor USA Judges House

This modern luxurious house was featured on The X Factor USA in 2012 as the Judges home of X Factor boss Simon Cowell.

However, the house is not owned by Simon Cowell but by baseball star Alex Rodriguez (aka A-Rod). At the time The X Factor Judges House segment was filmed, the house was on the market for $38,000,000.
