Shane Delia makes a delicious clotted cream ice-cream with chocolate soil on Shane Delia’s Spice Journey Turkey.

Shane’s ice cream is inspired by the Turkish kaymak ice-cream. Kaymak is a Turkish version of clotted cream, but you can use either for this recipe. Turkey has some of the best honey in the world, so Shane combined it with the simit and kaymak to make a knockout dessert.
