Mary Berry hummus made with lemons on Mary Berry cooks

The Ingredients:

2 x 400g/14oz can chickpeas
1 garlic clove
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Pinch of ground cumin
Ground black pepper and salt.

To prepare the dish: Place all the ingredients in a food processor with two tablespoons of hot water and blend until smooth.

Season, to taste, and serve chilled.
